Supreme Pizza Recipe made with pepperoni, sausage, vegetables, and mozzarella on a golden crust. An easy homemade combination pizza perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients
1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought, 12–14 inches)
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices
½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
½ cup sliced bell peppers (red and green)
½ cup sliced mushrooms
½ cup diced onions
¼ cup sliced black olives
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Olive oil for brushing crust
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface until thin and even.
3. Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment.
4. Brush edges with olive oil for a golden crust.
5. Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough.
6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
7. Layer toppings: pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives.
8. Sprinkle oregano across the top.
9. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
10. Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Pre-bake crust 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
Do not overload toppings to avoid sogginess.
Use fresh mozzarella for best texture.
Finish with Parmesan or basil after baking.
