Ingredients

¼ cup honey

½ cup honey
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions
1. Add honey, chili flakes, lemon juice, and dried chilies to a small saucepan.
2. Set over medium heat and stir gently. Let it bubble around the edges for 4 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and discard the dried chilies. Let it cool slightly.
