Ingredients
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
6 small flour tortillas (6-inch)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Prepared homemade pizza sauce
Olive oil, for brushing
Mini pepperoni slices (optional)
Cooked Italian sausage, crumbled (optional)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)
Bell peppers, thinly sliced (optional)
Black olives (optional)
Red onions (optional)
Fresh basil (optional)
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, herbs, and spices. Mix until smooth.
2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each tortilla.
4. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
5. Add your desired toppings.
6. Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 375°F.
7. Bake in oven for 7 to 9 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden.
8. Or air fry for 4 to 5 minutes until crisp and hot.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Do not overload the crust to keep it crisp.
Swap tortillas with English muffins, naan, or mini bagels.
Perfect for kids to help with topping.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze unbaked pizzas for later and cook straight from frozen.
