Ingredients
1 pound pizza dough
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: sautéed spinach, mushrooms, or spicy pepperoni
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. If using a stone, preheat it for 30 minutes.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to a 12-inch circle.
4. Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle on the garlic.
5. Spread ricotta evenly, leaving a ½-inch border.
6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
7. Season with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
8. Add optional toppings (pre-cook watery veggies).
9. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
