Description
A comforting breakfast pizza recipe made with fluffy scrambled eggs, creamy sausage gravy, melted cheese, and crispy bacon on a golden crust — perfect for brunch or meal prep.
Ingredients
1 (13.8-ounce) tube refrigerated pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
Nonstick cooking spray
8 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup whole milk
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 (15-ounce) can Libby’s Country Sausage Gravy
2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese (or cheddar-mozzarella mix)
½ cup real bacon pieces
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a 10×15 inch baking sheet with nonstick spray. Unroll pizza crust into pan and press to fit edges. Brush with olive oil and poke with a fork. Bake 7 minutes until lightly golden.
2. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together. Melt butter in a skillet and cook eggs slowly, stirring until softly scrambled.
3. Remove crust from oven. Spread sausage gravy over crust. Top with eggs, cheese, and bacon pieces.
4. Bake another 6–7 minutes until cheese is melted and pizza is heated through. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Use crescent dough as a crust alternative if needed.
Homemade gravy or cheese sauce can replace canned gravy.
Try cheddar, gouda, or mozzarella for different cheese profiles.
Swap bacon with sausage, ham, or pancetta.
Add sautéed peppers, mushrooms, or onions for extra flavor.
